Acoustics and design come together
Bialmed is a Polish company with nearly 30 years of experience in supplying health care equipment, medical supplies and medicinal products. The new headquarters of the company in Pisz is housed in a modern, elegant building designed by architects from 3XA studio, which respects the surrounding landscape of Masuria. The office consists of a main hall, open-space area, well-lit office rooms located along the glass facade, conference rooms and foyer area. Rockfon acoustic ceilings were used in all of these spaces.
“Our new headquarters is a 21st century office, built in the land of forests and lakes using the latest technologies and trends. It friendly to nature and man, and the climate of Masurian nature and the local silence was the most important leitmotif for the architects. We wanted the office space to have a healthy atmosphere and acoustics conducive to working with the mind. On the other hand, the visual effect was also important. The elegant, monolithic ceiling fits perfectly with the elements of greenery and wood, which together form the design of our office close to nature "- said Andrzej Rogiński, president of the Bialmed company.
The vision and goals of the Bialmed headquarters project included a provision good acoustics in work rooms and conference rooms. Elegant, subdued interiors required the use of solutions that would not go to the foreground, but complemented the whole. The architectural vision of the building corresponded perfectly with Rockfon solutions - Rockfon® Mono® Acoustic and Rockfon Blanka®.
The final choice was made for the minimalist style and excellent acoustic performance.
